The attractive hotel puts you in the centre of Nice, 2.2 km from the beach Promenade des Anglais Boulevard and merely 0.8 km from the baroque palace "Palais Lascaris". Natural attractions in the area include the historic Castle Hill of Nice Park, in the vicinity of the Apollinaire Nice, and a beach is just a 14-minute walk away.

tasty buffet perfect room loud buzzing cool fridge

The breakfast included a tasty buffet. The location exceeded my expectations and my room was perfect.

The in-room fridge did not cool. There was also a very loud buzzing sound from some utility, perhaps the AC, all day and night. I emailed the reception and mentioned it in person, but they acted as if they had no clue what I was talking about. No one bothered to follow up about the buzzing sound!

helpful staff excellent location spacious room

The staff helped with luggage when i arrived. the location is excellent and central. my room was spacious for one person. i used the gym each morning. It had all necessary equipment.

the water bottle refilling station felt inconvenient. i would prefer water bottles being refilled daily. this would significantly improve the experience.

The room had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. This was convenient. the air conditioning worked well. It maintained a consistent temperature. blackout curtains blocked sunlight. They ensured restful sleep. the room included a safe for valuables.

clean room comfortable bed central location

the room was a superior double room it was very clean the bed was comfortable breakfast was available and the variety was nice the location was central close to many shops and restaurants the staff provided excellent service always friendly and helpful

the bathroom was somewhat small there was little counter space for toiletries

The location is near the Durandy tram stop. This made access to the airport convenient. The main train station is also a short walk away for trips.

poor sound insulation disturbing noises

The breakfast had many options. I liked that the hotel was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants.

The room had poor sound insulation. Noises from outside and other rooms disturbed us. I am a light sleeper, and it affected my sleep because noises were waking me up.

small room unfilled water

The location was good. It was easy to walk around the city.

I found the room surprisingly small, leaving little space to get ready (I expected more). Sharing one mirror in the bathroom wasn't ideal. The staff didn't replenish the water daily. I thought this was a basic service for a hotel of this standard. The water refill station was also outside, which wasn't very convenient.
